How do I book?

You can book by contacting us on our website, Facebook, Instagram, or email.

How many rental hours are included in the price?

Our rentals are based at 4 hours. Additional hours start at $50.00 per each addition hour.

What areas do you service?

We service Meigs County, Athens County, Hocking County, Vinton County, Jackson County, and Gallia County. *If you do not see your county listed, but would like to use our services, please contact us.

Are there any delivery fees?

We offer free delivery within a 20mile radius, of our home base, in Albany, Ohio. Each additional mile is $0.65 per mile.

Do you require a deposit?

Yes. We require a 50% non-refundable deposit, of your total, to secure, your reservation. If your event date needs to be changed, you can move your reservation, to the next available date. Your deposit would be good, for the date change. Please try to let us know of any changes as soon as possible.

Do you accommodate outdoor events?

Our equipment can be rented outdoors and indoors.  Please note that there is a additional $50.00 fee, for all outside events. 

 

Important Outdoor Set Up Information:

1.) We must have a level area, for set up. To protect our equipment, we can set up on surfaces such as grass, turf, concrete, wood, and asphalt. We can not set up on gravel or dirt.

 

3.) If you reserve a outdoor set up, we highly recommend a shaded area or tent, to avoid the equipment getting too hot, for the kids, to play on. We also recommend having a backup indoor setup, should it rain, on the day, of your event. Our equipment can not get wet.

When is set up and pick up?

Upon booking, we will ask, for your event start time and end time. 

 

We set up between 10:00a.m. to 3:00p.m. We usually arrive between one (1) to two (2) hours prior, to your event start time, for set up. (This depends on the set up time needed.)

We pick up, on the same day, after your allotted time slot has expired.
